Journal Article 2024 10 02 The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between educational supervision and teachers' deviant behaviors, considering the moderating role of educational optimism. The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study consisted of 242 teachers working in public elementary schools in Tonekabon city. 149 people were selected as a statistical sample using a stratified random sampling method. The data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of educational optimism by Baird et al. (2010), deviant behaviors by Robinson and Bennett (2000), and educational supervision by teachers by Allen and Hackett (2009). Confirmatory factor analysis was used to measure the validity of the research tool, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the research tool. Data analysis was performed at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics based on the structural equation technique using Smart PLS statistical software. The research findings showed that there is a significant relationship between educational supervision and teachers' deviant behaviors. The results of the study showed that educational optimism had a moderating role in the relationship between educational supervision and teachers' deviant behaviors. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه میان نظارت آموزشی با رفتارهای انحرافی معلمان با در نظر گرفتن نقش تعدیلگر خوش بینی آموزشی انجام شد. روش تحقیق توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق را معلمان شاغل در مدارس دولتی دوره ابتدایی شهرستان تنکابن به تعداد242نفر تشکیل دادند.تعداد 149 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد خوش بینی آموزشی بیرد و همکاران (2010)،رفتارهای انحرافی رابینسون و بنت (2000) و نظارت آموزشی معلمان آلن و هکت(2009) بودند.جهت سنجش روایی ابزار تحقیق از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و جهت سنجش پایایی ابزار تحقیق از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو سطح آماری توصیفی و استنباطی مبتنی بر تکنیک معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار آماری Smart PLS انجام شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد میان نظارت آموزشی با رفتارهای انحرافی معلمان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که خوش بینی آموزشی در رابطه میان نظارت آموزشی با رفتارهای انحرافی معلمان نقش تعدیلگر داشت. https://www.jphrm.ir/article_226209_ea8fc444c61c4a17fc1005c7b6f8e92f.pdf
